2. Parents and Caregivers- not Lolo’s Playhouse and Café Staff- are responsible for children and must remain on-site at all times.

Staff-members will enforce safety rules as necessary but are NOT babysitters. A waiver of liability must be signed and turned in to use the play area. Lolo’s Playhouse and Café, LLC, is not liable for any injuries incurred.

3. No shoes permitted in the play area. This applies to both children and adults.

Your child’s health and safety are very important to us. We want our playground to be the cleanest place possible for your child to play. Shoes can unintentionally track in dirt from the outside as well as harmful germs.

4. Lolo’s Playhouse and Cafe caters entirely to the younger ones, from birth to age 6.

To ensure the safety of the little ones, older siblings are welcome when accompanied by their 6 and under siblings, but we ask that they play appropriately with regards to the younger guests.

5. If your child places a toy in their mouth, please discard it into one of our “Dirty Toys” bins for cleaning.

6. Use toys as they are intended. Throwing, abusing, or misusing toys or play equipment will not be tolerated.

7. No running.

8. Use slides feet first, one person at a time. Do not climb up the slides.

9. Caregivers are encouraged to enjoy their beverages and snacks in the play area, but please be courteous and clean up after yourselves.

10. Children MUST BE SITTING DOWN while eating or drinking. Absolutely no walking/running/playing with food in their hand or mouth.

11. Use hand sanitizer before entering and do not enter if you are sick.
